Our vacation apartment of the Marx family offers space for up to four people (2 adults and 2 children). It is located directly at the connecting lift Köhlerhagen K1 and Sonnenhang. Also the center of Willingen is within walking distance in a few minutes!
Our modern private vacation apartment for four people is located in close proximity to the ski lifts Köhlerhagen (K1) and Sonnenlift and the Bikepark Willingen, as well as the hiking area Ettelsberg. With us you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest and immerse yourself in the world of the Sauerland. The modern furnished apartment has about 50 m², enough space for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults). In the two small bedrooms (1x double bed 2,00m x 1,80m, 1x bunk bed 2,0m x 0,90m) with blinds you can rest well darkened. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, 4 plate hob, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster and many accessories leaves hardly anything to be desired. Our apartment Marx has an attractive modern bathroom with shower and towel heater. The apartment offers you a cozy living area with a modern feel-good couch and a view of the K1 biker and ski lift, as well as an inviting dining area. You also don’t have to do without technical components such as: free internet access via WLAN, flat screen TV as well as an internet radio with Bluetooth. In addition, there is a small storage room with washing machine and dryer, here you can also park your skis. All rooms have radiators. On the balcony you can enjoy the sun. Here you can end the day or enjoy breakfast. The apartment has its own entrance, as well as parking directly in front of the house.

Additional price information:
All basic prices are for 2 persons
and include bed linen (ready made beds), towels and final cleaning, electricity, water and heating costs.
For each additional person we charge from 0-14 years 5,00€ per person / day
For each additional person we charge from 15 years 10,00€ per person / day
In addition, there is the tourist tax of currently 2.50€ per person / day (as of 2022).

Bookings below the seasonal minimum stay are possible in case of booking gaps, or at the price of the minimum stay.
We charge a deposit in the amount of 150,00€.
The deposit will be returned to you within seven working days after departure.

Everything fine! Nice apartment clean and modern. You already know the family’s holiday homes. Marx in the external valley. Everything can only be recommended. Beautiful excursions and sightseeing are possible in Willingen. Nice places to eat and drink. The Poacher is my favorite. Will definitely come back next year when there is snow again at short notice. Many thanks to the Marx family for a stay in a really nice apartment. We found a very well equipped and top maintained place to stay. Quiet location, away from the inner city hustle and bustle, fine view of the countryside and parking in front of the house. Definitely recommended !

Best Marx family, we felt very comfortable during our stay in your apartment. The very complete layout plus the view of the slopes from the balcony are an absolute added value. So I certainly don’t rule out contacting you again in the future for an upcoming vacation or recommending you to one of our friends here in Holland. I also gave you a good rating through Booking.com, not only because you asked, but mainly because we had a very nice time. I hope that next year there will still be a place available. Dear family Marx, we had a great vacation in your apartment! The apartment was TipTop equipped and very clean. The location – right next to the ski lift conveyor belt – was also ideal for the children. Watching the skiers from the balcony on the slope was super. One week winter hiking vacation in the beautiful apartment of the Marx family. I was already a guest in Extertal some time ago. I liked it there very much. When I heard that the apartment in Willingen is ready, I immediately booked and was not disappointed. The apartment is in a top location and leaves nothing to be desired. The equipment is more than sufficient and as described. You notice immediately that Diana and André Marx are landlords with heart and soul. Conclusion: Since I think that I am not yet finished with Willingen in terms of hiking, I will probably come back. And I like to do that. Dear Marx family.
